Bob Malloy Dominates Top Fuel Harley at the new IHRA Outlaw Nitro Series at Darana Raceway on July 11-13, 2025

Bob Malloy showed why he’s a force in the Top Fuel Harley class, taking the win with a flawless performance.

In round one, Malloy delivered a solid 5.556 @ 191.87 mph pass to defeat JT Toth, who ran into trouble and slowed to a 10.074. With a bye in the semi-final, Malloy advanced directly to the final round, where he faced off against a hard-charging Jay Turner.

Turner had a strong day, making consistent mid-5-second passes and defeating both Tim Kerrigan and Ryan Peery on his way to the final.

The final featured close side-by-side action as these two veterens went to battle. Turner cutter the better light with a .067, and Malloy quickly followed with a .084. Malloy turned up the wicked for the final and clocked the event’s Low E.T. of 5.340 at a Top Speed of 204.01 mph to grab the WIN over Turner’s 5.491 @ 193.29.

After the incredible opener, the IHRA Outlaw Nitro Series is scheduled to return July 23-26 at Milan Dragway in Michigan.
