PITTSBURGH, PA – As preparations are in full swing for the 43rd running of the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix, set for July 11-20, the PVGP has announced a new partnership with international performance lubricant giant Motul. Among the partnership activations to be rolled out in July will include title partnership on the new PVGP Motul Panther Hollow Hillclimb. The Motul Hillclimb is a new event to the PVGP for 2025, a product of creativity and necessity the event was added due to the closure of the Panther Hollow Bridge and re-routing of our traditional race course.

“To partner with an industry leader who is so respected for their products and advancements in the racing world is a special thing for the PVGP,” said PVGP Executive Vice President Ross Miller. “When the hillclimb became a reality, we immediately began thinking of strategic partners, and Motul was a perfect fit,” continued Miller.

Other partnership elements will include special activities in the paddocks for drivers and their crews, as well as a collaboration with the PVGP to highlight our 2025 Spotlight Car, the Mazda Miata.

“We are excited about being part of the PVGP and one of the largest motorsport festivals in the country this summer”, said Amber Bates, General Manager for Motul USA. “The passion these vintage racers have for the sport is incredible. We share that same passion in making performance products with precision to allow them to leave their best efforts on the track,” Bates concluded.
