Rough idling

0 5
2011 mazda 6, 2.5 liter FI DOHC 4 cylinder (pulled from autozone website). 237xxx miles, HOA has a no car repair policy that bans anything past, like, lights...

To try and make this short, firstly VERY overdue for a spark plug change, and an oil leak in the upper intake. I had a fan switch stuck open for almost a week, which cause PO1 catalytic converter bank 1? To operate below efficiency, I ran about 7 sets of seafoam and got the CEL to go away.

It was running rough, but functional. Then I unfortunately cold started it 3X because of quick pickups/ drops. (I deliver food for a living.)

CEL came on, idling was jumping, down to 300 back up to 800 intermittently, drove it back home about 2 miles, died once along the way.

Currently have high mileage seafoam in the tank with 3-4 gallons of gas in the tank.

I do not know how ANYONE can access the back spark plugs, but I cannot.

I was told "there is a fuel rail on your engine, with a spot that looks like a tire gauge cap, twist that off and push the valve in, if it spews fuel then your fine, if not it's your fuel pump".

Also, "the MAFS, unplug it, and if it evens out then you need to replace the mass airflow sensor, but you could try a MAFS cleaner"

I want to see if there's any additional advice, or any potential issues from following the advice I was already given?

CEL is still on, but I don't have a device to check the codes, I know it's a O2/fuel issue, and am trying to figure out how the hell I can get in functioning again, at LEAST enough to be worth more as a trade in... thanks for any advice
