The Inter Europol Competition team is looking for:

Full-time, Data & Systems Engineer LMP2

Workshop location: Hameln, Germany
Experience: 3+ years Race Team experience
Travel: Europe, North America, Asia
Salary: Competitive
Position start: Immediately

We are looking for a talented individual data engineer who is willing to be challenged and apply their skills in top tier of motorsports championship (World Endurance Championship). In this position, you will be responsible for the following:

• Pre-event preparation and reporting using data analysis
• Race and test attendance, performing data analysis (live and post processing) using Pi Data System, sensor/loom troubleshooting, Data system setup, Telemetry setup, IT infrastructure setup
• Post-event reporting and data reporting
• Reporting parts life-ing

This position requires domestic and international travel. Flexibility to face different challenges is required.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering or similar discipline.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in series such as IMSA, WEC, ELMS, Formula 2.

General Skills

• Good team player and communicator
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Knowledge and skills in engineering theory and applied mathematics in engineering

Required Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis software programs (PI, Wintax)
• Hands-on experience with data acquisition hardware (loom, data logger, sensors, etc.) and software
• Capable of using data processing and analysis as a decision-making tool
• Good understanding of vehicle dynamics theory and application
• Ability to effectively communicate data findings to race engineers
• An extremely organized and systematic approach to on-track activities
• Data-driven mindset
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office package and Matlab- Simulink package.

Full-time, Trucky LMP2

Workshop location: Hameln, Germany
Experience: 3+ years Race Team experience
Travel: Europe, North America, Asia,
Salary: Competitive
Position start: Immediately

We are looking for a talented individual trucky who is willing to be challenged and apply their skills in the top tier of motorsports championship (World Endurance Championship). In this position, you will be responsible for the following:

• Pre-event preparation and load and driving the Team Truck
• Race and test attendance, performing wheel and tire set up
• Post-event reporting and equipment preparation
• Parts storage and inventory

This position requires domestic and international travel. Flexibility to face different challenges is required.

Education & Experience

• Truck driving license, MS office
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in series such as IMSA, WEC, ELMS, Formula 2
