First resto on 66 Monterey, need parts and tips!

I just bought a 1966 Mercury Monterey from Vegas and she’s in need of some help. She’s missing a rear windshield, most importantly, but other things missing are: trunk latch, side mirrors, taillights, trim, and badge. It also has surface rust that I want to stop from spreading. Not sure if the car has primer underneath. Also, there’s a spot rusted through on the driver’s side rear quarter panel. It’s a BIG expensive project as I could use all the help and expertise I can possibly get. I hear some years of Ford Galaxie can work for parts, too. If anybody has any leads, I’d appreciate it if you dropped them in the comments. Thanks!
