"Liverpool is my team and Anfield is my home" – Virgil van Dijk issues rallying cry ahead of Real Madrid clash

Virgil van Dijk insists Liverpool is his team and Anfield is his home ahead of the Champions League Final against Real Madrid.

The world’s most expensive defender arrived in a £75 million deal in January from Premier League side Southamtpon.

He immediately endeared himself to the Reds faithful with a late winner over Merseyside rivals Everton in front of the Kop on his debut.

And the towering Dutch defender, who will be tasked with keeping Cristiano Ronaldo and co. quiet in Kiev, feels the love is completely reciprocated.
