Japanese GP: Williams F1 Team Qualifying was all they had

Qualifying for the 2026 Japanese GP for the Atlassian Williams F1 Team would see Carlos Sainz finish in 16th and Alex Albon 17th. Carlos was able to make it into Q2 which was an accomplishment but still both drivers are limited by the perofrmance of the FW48. It was a case of the team making small amounts of progress, which is important in itself, but they are limited by the troublesome FW48. For Alex he would mention a issue specific to his car that was also having an impact but would not go into deatil as to the nature of this issue.
