Vale Joe Felice
The various old-time HDT, Holden and motorsport FB pages reported the passing of Joe Felice over the weekend.
Joe was the Holden connection to the HDT, dating back to its inception in 1969, and continuing through the Firth and Sheppard eras, with his influence present through the times and events which cemented the legacies of so many of the participants. From memory, it was he who asked Allan Moffat in 1977 "what do we have to do to beat you guys?", to which AM replied "re-hire Peter Brock".
Condolences to his family and vast legion of friends and admirers.
