Ac coming on when switched to vent turns off when switched over to ac and max air? Still blows air!

Just changed control relay because ac compressor was not engaging when switched to ac .Air now works but only when switched to vent on switch. If I move switch on to ac or max air I get air but no ac? Any thoughts?
