[Volleyball] Point Volleyball Wins One and Loses One at MSC-ACC Challenge

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- Point University volleyball (3-5) defeated Campbellsville University (3-1), 3 sets to 2, and lost to 17th-ranked Georgetown College (4-0), 3 sets to none, in Saturday, Aug. 25 action at the Mid-South Conference-Appalachian Athletics Conference Crossover Challenge in Ephram White Gym in Bowling Green, Ky.  The Skyhawks defeated Campbellsville, 25-16, 25-23, 20-25, 20-25 and 15-10, and Georgetown beat Point, 25-23, 25-12 and 25-12.  Point plays four matches at the Big Easy Blastoff, hosted by Xavier University in New Orleans, La., Aug. 31-Sept. 1.  Point takes on Xavier at 12 p.m. (EDT) and Martin Methodist (Tenn.) at 4 p.m., Friday, and Univ. of Mobile (Ala.) at 10 a.m. (EDT) and William Carey University (Miss.) at 6 p.m.
