RIP Basil Heatley (05/08/2019)
The league are saddened to learn of the death of Basil Heatley on Saturday 3rd August in Worcester Hospital. Basil was the marathon silver medallist in1964 Tokyo Olympics doing much of his training by running in the Birmingham & District Invitation Cross Country League & was a Past President of our League.
Details of the funeral will be posted once known.
