Eliud Kipchoge and Caterine Ibarguen named IAAF world athletes of the year

Eliud Kipchoge and Caterine Ibarguen have been named male and female world athletes of the year. The duo were honoured at the IAAF athletics awards in Monaco on Tuesday.
