[Golf] Golf team plants grass at VCC

Members of the University of Houston-Victoria men's and women's golf team got into the spirit of Thanksgiving on Monday as they helped plant sod grass on Hole No. 4 at Victoria Country Club.

The project is part of the Jaguars' Champion of Character initiative that the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) embraces. The Champions of Character program embraces the five core values of respect, integrity, responsibility, servant leadership and sportsmanship.
