[Softball] Point Splits AAC Twinbill with #13 Brenau; Wins 3-1 and Loses 2-1

WEST POINT, GA:  Senior shortstop Madyson Brown (Valley, AL), the conference Player of the Week for each of the last two weeks, extended her consecutive-game batting streak to 13 games with hits in both games and drove in what proved to be the winning run in Point University's 3-1 victory in game one, and Brenau University broke a 0-0 tie with two runs in the eighth inning and held on to win game two, 2-1, in Appalachian Athletics Conference softball doubleheader action on West Point Park Field, Tuesday, March 27.
