Last S&C session of 2017 – tonight 15th December
Just a reminder that tonight’s S&C session is the last Friday session of 2017. The start time is 6.45 until 8.30pm and it is aimed at young athletes ( Age 12 – 17) Hopefully you can all make it. James T will then return on the 5th January 2018 !!
