[Golf] Luncheon kicks off UHV Claud Jacobs golf event

With the sixth annual UHV Claud Jacobs Collegiate Invitational just two months away, the University of Houston-Victoria athletics department hosted a kickoff luncheon Tuesday for the local media and many of the past sponsors and volunteers.

This year's event is scheduled for Feb. 17-19 with the men's golf tournament played at Victoria County Club and the women's tournament at The Club at Colony Creek. Special guest speaker at this year's tournament banquet will be Texas State Senator Lois Kolkhorst.
