Women’s basketball takes South Plains
On Friday night, the Cochise College women’s basketball team defeated the 15th ranked South Plains Community College team 43-49. Sophomore Dezezha Battle lead the Lady Apaches with 12 points and grabbed 5 rebounds, Mamita Diagne had 7 points along with 9 rebounds and Awa Keita also had 7 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.
