Bedfordshire Archers PODIUM at AGB Indoor National Championships 2025

From December 5th-7th the AGB National Indoor Championships 2025 took place at Hall 2, Stoneleigh Park. The first 2 days consisted of the Home Nations indoor competition as well as the senior indoor championships. There was a strong number of BCAA archers competing this year both the senior and junior championships. Bedfordshire are incredibly proud of all the archers that competed representing their clubs and county on the big stage. Home Nations Cup Throughout the weekend there were numerous successes to be celebrated starting with Illaria Knibb’s (Clophill AC) continued success after securing her spot in the England team after a strong showing in the Home Nations 2025 outdoor competition. The golds keep coming with Illaria securing another gold alongside her England teammates Anastasia Wilson and Evie Finnegan. This match was also broadcasted live and can now be watched on YouTube (Home Nations Cup: Barebow Women’s Gold).  Indoor Nationals (Senior) Illaria continued her run by taking gold in the Barebow Women’s category after a series of competitive head-to-heads to beat Jessica Lethbridge in the finals to secure the her medal.  Over in the Open category René Bekker (Clophill AC) claimed his own gold after a storming run of fantastic scores – well done! Indoor Nationals (Junior) Nicole Henniker (Clophill AC) attended her first indoor nationals initially competing in the senior category and landed herself in the top 32 in a head-to-head against the bronze medallist Helen Ballie. The following day Nicole competed in the Barebow Women U18 where she scored an incredibly impressive 530 claiming gold!  Further success came from Forrest Hyde (Clophill AC) in his Junior Indoor National Championships he landed podium claiming bronze Congratulations to Illaria, René, Nicole and Forrest on their medals from Indoor National Championships 2025. Also a huge special mention to all the archers that competed representing their clubs and county.
