GAC Longbow Colin Levy Trophy Shoot this Sunday

This Sunday (3rd August) is our annual Colin Levy Trophy shoot.

Colin loved nothing more than to spend time shooting his longbow, and it is in his memory that we hold our annual longbow trophy shoot. All members are invited to come along and shoot an 8 doz Western round starting at 11.00.

The Club has a limited number of longbows available to borrow, but feel free to bring your recurve or compound instead if you prefer – you won’t win the trophy but can still enjoy getting together and enjoying the simple pleasure of flinging arrows toward the horizon, which is what it’s all about.
