Victoria Bowmen Annual General Meeting Sep 21 6:30-8:00pm – please attend!

This year’s AGM may be the most important meeting we’ve had in many years, as there are a lot of items to discuss plus the election of a new Board to guide the club going forward. This year’s meeting will be held Sep 21, 6:30-8:00pm in the Cedar Room at Saanich Commonweath Place.

Some of the items that need to be discussed include:

• We need to divest ourselves of much of the equipment the club has (containers, butts, stands, lawn mower, etc etc.)
• We need to transition to an indoor club while still working to find a place for outdoor archery
• We need to elect an effective, working Board

Please do your best to attend this important meeting. Your participation and input are essential in ensuring our club remains a healthy, active organization so that we can continue to enjoy and promote the sport we all love so much.

FYI: There will also be some of the SWAG from the Nationals for sale at a reduced rate.
