Could you be the next Club Champion?

Now that many members have been back shooting for some months, and quite a few have been submitting Selby Postal scores and entering away tournaments, it feels like the time is right to restart some of our own club competitions.

The committee have decided to start with the 2 usual end of year competitions;

CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS: Sunday 26th September
This will consist of 2 competitions:
GAC Full Club Championship; Assembly at 9.30 for sighters at 10.00am
Senior Gents: – York; (6doz@100yds, 4doz@80yards, 2doz@60yards)
Senior Ladies: – Hereford; (6doz@80yds, 4doz@60yards, 2doz@50yards)
Juniors: – Bristol 2,3,4 or 5 as appropriate

GAC Short Club Championship; Assembly at 1.00pm for sighters at 1.30pm
Senior Gents & Ladies: Short National (4doz@50yards, 2doz@40yards)
All Juniors: Junior National (4doz@40yards, 2doz@30yards)
or Short Junior National (4doz@30yards, 2doz@20yards)

THE AGINCOURT TROPHY: Sunday 10th October; Assembly at 10.00am for sighters at 10.30am
This will be shot under handicap rules, so everyone will be on a level playing field – pick the round that represents a challenge for you, but which is achievable. (If you’re not familiar with how handicaps work in archery please just ask at the club or email me)
