Detecting my lost arrow !

0 4
Hi,

We managed to lose an arrow yesterday, again!

We shoot in a wood and sometimes the odd arrow needs to be found by somebody else at some other time ;-)

The club metal detector is not always on hand. Our arrows are about £10 each + work, so not hugely expensive.

Is it worth getting my own metal detector, or just look longer or wait for another club member to find ours?

MD's seem to be about £150 and up, but that is 15 arrows worth and we don't lose that many arrows.

So is it worth just losing the odd one now and again or buy a MD?

If buying a MD, what one is worth getting at the lowest cost? I can't imagine I need an expensive one?

Thanks.
