Bare Shaft Always Landing Low
Greetings, guys and dolls!
I'm a recurve shooter, using XX75 arrows.
I can't seem to figure this one out but my bare shafts are ALWAYS landing lower than my fletched shafts - around a foot and a half I.E. fletched shafts in the gold, bare shafts in the white (usually outside the target circle - a miss).
It seems to be the same regardless of distance - consistently lower than fletched shafts.
I've tried adjusting my nocking point up and down but other than changing the angle of the nock, it doesn't seem to have any affect on where the bare shaft point is actually landing.
Am I missing something obvious? If I had any hair left, I'd tear it out...
