When to move to a stabiliser and what to use? Help needed?

Hi I'm new to archery and have been shooting for the past 3 months at home as I'm unable to join a club at present due to covid.
I'm shooting recurve with a sight but no weight on the limb and noticed using video footage that the bow is tilting upward after release and not downward as I see all the pro's.
Sorry if the terminology is incorrect but currently I'm self taught through books and YouTube.
So the main question is do I need weight and stabilisation to allow the sight to settle and...
