Questions about RX7/X23 for indoors

Hello.

I'm currently shooting with my X10 for indoors but I don't have any aluminium arrows for indoor's shoot. I'm planning to get RX7 or X23 for next indoor season.

I can't find any charts for RX7/X23. I have 70 inch limbs and pulling 40lbs. My arrows length are 29. Which spines should I choose?
Also what you're recomended for choosing fletches or sizes on RX7/X23?
