Initial pain in draw arm after form change
Hi all,
I’ve recently made a change to my form which has resulted in a decent improvement to scores but also is causing some discomfort in my drawing forearm specifically the inside of the forearm.
The strange thing is that this discomfort only lasts for first 1 or 2 arrows , it then disappears.
The form change was minimal: sight on gold BEFORE drawing- this has led to numerous improvements ( better release, more confidence, better grouping) but I’m a bit worried about the initial...
