YVR 3000 ft winds aloft light and variable becoming NW to 26 km/hr. Vancouver valley light and variable becoming W to 10 km/hr. Chilliwack Valley early light outflow to 5 km/hr followed by SW winds to 20 km/hr by early afternoon.

SEA 3000 ft winds aloft N to 22 km/hr easing to 9 km/hr. Valley winds NE becoming NW to 15 km/hr.

2. Paragliding Chilliwack: -2.2C/1000ft Novice peak lapse rate.  Mt. Woodside for P2 pilots 0800-1500 then watch for arrival of sea breeze to 20km/hr. P4 pilots 1500-2000.   Bridal FSR is closed for maintenance. 90% chances to fly early, 70% late.

5. Paragliding Whistler: -3.1C/1000ft Advanced peak forecast lapse rate.  Whislter for Whistler Flying Team p4 pilots 0900-2000.  Chances to paraglide 80%. 

6. Paragliding Seattle: -1.8C/1000ft Novice peak lapse rate.  Tiger in lee-sde . Paragliding not recommended.
