TELLY favourite Holly Willoughby looks relaxed at the beach — while former SAS man Bear Grylls goes paragliding as they prepare for their new show.

The trendy ex-This Morning host, 43, wore shades and a band T-shirt in Costa Rica, where they are filming for Bear Hunt.

She also donned a hat to protect her from the blistering sun as she left the beach to dart off to another location.

Holly, subject to an alleged kidnap plot last year, was escorted by a bodyguard.

It’s her first major job away from ITV since she quit This Morning last year and appeared as host of Dancing on Ice in January.

Netflix is said to be spending big on security to protect the production team in drug war-ravaged Costa Rica.

Bear, 49, meanwhile, showed his paragliding skills over a crocodile-infested swamp and the beach where he landed.

He was also seen shooting a piece to camera with his backpack motor still attached after making his landing.

The high budget reality competition TV show will see the former SAS soldier search for a group of celebrities after they have been dropped in the jungle.

Pop stars Mel B and Una Healy have signed up to take part, alongside supermodels Lottie Moss and Leomie Anderson, and Changing Rooms star Laurence Llewellyn Bowen.

Strictly Come Dancing‘s Shirley Ballas, rugby hunk Danny Cipriani and tennis legend Boris Becker are also reported to be among the contestants.
