YVR 3000 ft winds aloft forecast W to 13 km/hr becoming NW to 11 km/hr.  NOTE forecast winds aloft are suspect of being significantly less than actual due to presence of jet-stream overhead.  Valley wind forecast as light E outflow to 10 km/hr becoming SW inflow to 20 km/hr.  NOTE forecast valley wind is suspect of being lower than actual, watch for sudden changes and gusty valley wind due to jet-stream.  Forecast peak lapse rate -2.3C/1000ft is suspect of being lower than actual, with jet-stream causing instability. 

SEA 3000 ft winds aloft SW to 37 km/hr becoming N to 17 km/hr mid afternoon.  Valley winds forecast as SW to 11 km/hr.  Forecast peak lapse rate -2.3C/1000ft. NOTE forecast winds aloft, valley winds and lapse rate are suspect of being lower than actual due to proximity of jet-stream overhead.
