Berlin Sevens 2019

Auch in diesem Jahr veranstaltet der Rugby Klub 03 Berlin die Berlin 7’s im Stadion Buschallee. Eingeladen sind Vereins- und Verbandsmannschaften sowie Piratenteams beider Geschlechter, national wie international. Gespielt wird am Samstag, den 22.06.2019. Neben dem Turnier sind die Highlights das Flutlichtfinale und das Berlin 7s Summer Open Air (inkl. Kick-Contest, Beer Pong, Flunkyball, Fotobox, Rutschbahn und Trinkspiele). Wie im Vorjahr bieten wir das Turnier als Pro-Version und als Fun-Version an. Ambitionierte Teams spielen in der Pro-Version und Teams bei denen der Spaß im Vordergrund steht in der Fun-Version. Bitte teilt uns bei der Anmeldung mit welche Variante ihr spielen wollt.

Die Startgebühr pro Mannschaft, bestehend aus 13 Spielern und 2 Trainern/Betreuern, beträgt 180€, u.a. inkl. verschließbare Kabine, Andenken, Summer Open Air Party, Sanitäter und Physios während des Turniers und Swimmingpools auf dem Gelände. Wie immer gibt es auch eine tolle Versorgung für die Teams – schreibt uns dazu bitte direkt an. Ihr könnt auf dem Gelände in einem Großzelt übernachten, alternativ in der Turnhalle direkt am Platz (Kosten jeweils 5 EUR p.P.). Die Teilnehmerplätze sind begrenzt, also meldet euch bitte bis zum 30.04.2019 unter info@berlinsevens.de mit folgenden Daten an (Team-Name, Ansprechpartner, E-Mail-Adresse). Für die verbindliche Anmeldung müsst ihr außerdem die Teilnehmergebühr bis zum 30.04.2019 auf unten genanntes Konto überweisen. Bitte beachtet, dass eine Rückzahlung bei Nichtantritt zum Turnier nicht vorgesehen ist.

The Rugby Klub 03 Berlin hosts the Berlin 7’s Rugby tournament also in the year 2019. Cordially invited are all teams independent of gender as well as pirates teams, both national and international. The tournament will take place on June 22nd 2019. Besides the tournament, the Highlights will be the floodlight final and Berlin 7s Summer Open Air (incl. Kick Contest, Beer Pong, Flunkyball, Photo box, slide, drinking games). As last year, we will have two tournaments – a Pro-Tournament and a Fun-Tournament. Teams with ambitions regarding their 7s will play in the Pro-Tournament, Teams with ambitions regarding fun will play in the Fun-Tournament. Please tell us which Tournament you want to play on during your E-Mail registration.

The tournament’s entry fee per team (13 players + 2 coaches/ managers) will be 180€, incl. lockable changing room, Berlin 7’s souvenir, Summer Open Air Party, medics and physios during the tournament and swimming pools on the area. As usual there will be a good sustenance – please contact us therefore directly. You can sleep in a big tent or in the gym hall (each costs 5 EUR per person). The free spots in the tournament are limited, so we kindly ask you to finally register for the Berlin 7’s until April 30th 2019 under info@berlinsevens.de including the following data (Team name, contact person, E-Mail-Address). Moreover, for the binding registration you need to transfer the attendance fee by 30th April 2019 to the below mentioned account. Please be aware that redemption, in case you do not show up for the tournament, is not provided.
